Multi Activity Himalayan Soft Adventure
Our Multi Activity soft adventure trips aim to provide an insight into the diversity and grandeur of the Himalayas. The trip stating from Delhi, takes you through mysterious thick forests, deep valleys, snow-clad peaks and the rugged, barren trails that offer a lingering thrill to the adventure seeker. This is enhanced by the cultural enigma of the land.

From the lower altitude wilderness, where every flower truly enjoys the air that it breathes to the rough rocky terrain where the land formations set the hills on fire in their rich variant hues. From the first ray of the rising sun to evening's deepest glow, the landscape unravels the untaught harmony of the primitive wild. The springtide blossoms, the whistling airborne species, the mysterious wild and the picturesque valleys come together to offer a romance hitherto unseen, unheard or untold.

INSIGHT INTO COMMUNITY BASED PROGRAMS (needs an additional day)
Uttarakhand is a fragile ecological zone. Our programmes focus on rural communities and the livelihood issues such water scarcity, falling crop yields, fuel wood and fodder scarcity, drudgery for women and children, poor nutrition and the forced migration of men and boys for employment. We support the educational activities of rural schools, NGOs and community based organizations throughout Uttarakhand. This support takes the form of training programmes, discussion meetings, supply of teaching/learning materials, village and school visits for on-the-spot guidance and problem solving, honoraria of pre-school teachers, and small project grants. The aim of these activities is to help people understand their surroundings from a broad ecological point of view and encourage them to organize themselves to deal with environmental problems that affect their daily lives, and to provide training in technical know-how and practical skills.

TREK TO DAYARA BUGYALS
Dayara bugyals Trek to Dayara Bugyals is one of the less known & most spectacular and impressive treks of the Gangotri Region. In local dialect, Bugyal means ‘high altitude meadow’. In other words, Dayara Bugyal is to Uttaranchal what Khajjiar (Dalhousie) is to Himachal Pradesh. Perched near Bhatwari on the Uttarkashi-Gangotri (27 kms. from Uttarkashi) highway, Dayara Bugyal is a most unspoilt wonder. During winters it provides excellent ski slopes over an area of 28 sq. kms. On this trek, you will traverse this great Himalayan range and appreciate the sheer geographic diversity – from the verdant, forested valleys and the flowered meadows (thatch) carpeted with wildflowers. Combine this with an interest in the variety of birds, wildlife, forest and wildflowers and the opportunity to view the many snow-capped peaks and you have all the ingredients for a highly rewarding trekking holiday even for the most laid back person.
